A short & effective 6 day routine to help you work towards your front split. Each session includes stretching & mobility drills you can complete in 15-25 minutes a day. This program is accessible to all & can be repeated as many times as you like to build strength & flexibility one day at a time.

Equipment needed?
Day 1: 2 blocks or anything you find as a substitute.
Day 2: 3 blocks or anything to substitute.
Day 3 : no equipment required.
Day 4: chair or bed and wall.
Day 5: 1 or 2 blocks, cushion or anything to substitute.
Day 6: 2 blocks and strap or anything to substitute.
