Your spine is the cornerstone of your overall wellbeing & vitality. It is important to remember that every part of your body is interconnected, so an issue in your leg or arm can reflect a challenge in your spine and vice versa. Therefore, when you consider your spinal wellbeing I invite you to take a holistic approach.
What is the length of this class?
The session will take around 90 minutes.
Who is this for?
Everyone/all levels. There are variations available to make it easier / harder.
Equipment needed?
You may want to use a yoga block, however, it is not necessary.
We will perform Kapalbhati Pranayama during this session. If you want to learn more about it, you can buy it separately (check under Pranayama & Breathwork).
