This class focuses not just on opening the hips, but also cultivating control, stability & deeper connection to yourself & your body as you learn to move with kindness - towards yourself, your body, your breath or whatever you are feeling today.
Journey into the hips with a balanced blend of preparation, mobility drills & a steady sequence of accessible asanas for strength & flexibility with variations available, so you can listen to your body & choose what feels right at this moment. It is not about pushing or forcing, but creating space with patience, awareness & compassion.
What is the length of this class?
The session will take almost 70 minutes.
Who is this for?
Everyone.
Absolute beginners will find this class accessible because we are not working with any advanced asanas here. Also, there are variations available to make each move easier or harder.
Equipment needed?
Yoga strap & yoga block are encouraged, however, not necessary. Can use anything else to substitute.
We will perform Kapalbhati Pranayama during this session. If you want to learn more about it, you can buy it separately (check under Pranayama & Breathwork).
What do you get?
