This class focuses on building mobility & stability through a mindful warm up and a steady-paced sequence of asanas that gradually open the body for this deep side stretch & twist - compass pose. Each posture is offered with accessible variations for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners, allowing everyone to work at their own level.

The session will take almost 80 minutes.
Who is this for?
All levels.
Beginners can stop at the stage they can manage & practice within their capacity. There are variations available to make it easier or harder.
Equipment needed?
Yoga strap & blocks or anything else you can use as substitute.
We will perform Hatha Sun Salutation during this session. If you want to learn it in more depth, you can buy it separately (check under Hatha Yoga).
What do you get?
