What to expect?

During these sessions you will be introduced to the term of Pranayama and the practices of both Kapalbhati & Bhastrika Pranayama, their effects, how to practice them step by step & eventually be able to use them on your own.

What is the length of these classes? 
Each session will take up to 15 minutes.

Who is this for?
Everyone/all levels, but take caution if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or had recent abdominal surgery. You do not need to have previous experience in pranayama. I will guide you through it.
