This is more than a meditation - it is a transformative & nurturing journey through the mental, emotional & physical layers of your being to reclaim connection, honor the full spectrum of your experience & begin healing from the inside out.
What to expect?
Guided gently by my voice & supported by the soothing sounds of the Tibetan bowl & tongue drum, we will begin with body & breath awareness, creating a safe space to soften & embrace the journey. We will explore the mind, bringing awareness to old patterns & toxic beliefs that no longer serve you and gently releasing them to make space for clarity & new empowering thoughts. Then, we shift into the heart, allowing yourself to truly feel, rather than run or numb. In this space of compassion & courage, you will begin to open your heart to the fullness of your emotions & your own healing power. Finally, we turn to the body - the sacred vessel that has always been trying to speak to you, - taking time to listen. We begin a new & more loving dialogue with ourselves & our bodies.

Can be especially beneficial if you feel disconnected from yourself & your body or feel stuck in negative mind patterns.
What is the length of this session?
The session will take almost 30 minutes.
Equipment needed?
None. However, using earphones is recommended for the best sound quality.

I experienced a miracle of self-healing during the guided meditation led by Brigitta. For many years, I suffered from hip pain. So many years that I even learned to live with it. Physiotherapists could only alleviate it. During the meditation on self-love, the words reached deep within me, and suddenly I located a strong, forgotten emotion.
