This is from the January 2025 Challenge: Time for You, a journey I hosted on WhatsApp group to close 2024 with reflection & step into 2025 with more intention. Though there were additional tasks & more personal support, this is still as useful to do on your own to reconnect with yourself , set mindful goals, explore various practices & create space for personal growth.
What to expect?
Each day different questions for reflection & different prompts for various practices. 7 pages for 7 days. You can take as much time for them as you like.
Who is this for?
Everyone/all levels. You do not need to have previous experience in journaling, yoga, meditation or any other practice. You can go at your pace & explore.
What do you get?
After ordering you will receive an email to download 7 PDF files to your phone or pc, so you can print them out or keep in digital form.
