The session will take about 60 minutes.
Who is this for?
Everyone/all levels. You do not need to have previous experience in yin yoga. I will guide you through it & provide support to accommodate you.
Equipment needed?
You may want to use 2 yoga blocks & 2 cushions, however, they are not necessary.
What do you get?
